1. Who I am

This website, gmv.design, is operated by Marius Vișan, an independent software architect based in Romania ("I", "me"). I am the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What data I process, and why

Contact form. When you send the form on the contact page, I receive: your name, email address, company (optional), the budget range you select, and your message. I use this data solely to evaluate and answer your inquiry and to prepare a proposal if we move forward. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Email and phone. If you contact me directly, I process the data you choose to send for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.

Hosting logs. The hosting provider that serves this website automatically records standard server logs (IP address, date/time, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running the site securely — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained for the short period configured by the hosting provider, then deleted.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 (spam protection). The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, but the Google script is loaded only after you tick the consent box on the form. When loaded, Google may process your IP address, browser information and interaction patterns, and may set cookies, acting per its own privacy policy. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent by unticking the box; if you prefer not to consent, simply email me instead.

Local preferences (no cookies). The site stores your theme (dark/light), language (RO/EN) and your reCAPTCHA consent choice in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device, is not a cookie, and is strictly functional. You can clear it anytime from your browser settings.

No analytics, no advertising, no profiling. This site contains no analytics, no trackers and no advertising of any kind.

3. Who receives your data

  • My hosting provider (which technically stores email and server logs);
  • Google (reCAPTCHA) — only if you consent on the contact form;
  • No one else. I do not sell or share personal data.

4. How long I keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless we enter a contract (in which case data is kept as required for the engagement and by law, e.g. accounting rules).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any right, email [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania this is ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date.

2. Ce date prelucrez și de ce

Formularul de contact. Când trimiți formularul de pe pagina de contact, primesc: numele, adresa de email, compania (opțional), intervalul de buget selectat și mesajul tău. Folosesc aceste date exclusiv pentru a evalua și a răspunde solicitării tale și pentru a pregăti o propunere dacă mergem mai departe. Temei legal: demersuri precontractuale la cererea ta — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Email și telefon. Dacă mă contactezi direct, prelucrez datele pe care alegi să mi le trimiți, în același scop și pe același temei.

Loguri de găzduire. Furnizorul de hosting care servește acest site înregistrează automat loguri standard de server (adresă IP, dată/oră, pagina accesată, user-agent) pentru securitate și depanare. Temei legal: interes legitim în funcționarea sigură a site-ului — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logurile sunt păstrate pe perioada scurtă configurată de furnizor, apoi șterse.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 (protecție anti-spam). Formularul de contact folosește Google reCAPTCHA, însă scriptul Google se încarcă doar după ce bifezi căsuța de consimțământ din formular. Odată încărcat, Google poate prelucra adresa IP, informații despre browser și tipare de interacțiune și poate seta cookie-uri, conform propriei politici de confidențialitate. Datele pot fi transferate către Google LLC în SUA în baza EU–US Data Privacy Framework și a clauzelor contractuale standard. Temei legal: consimțământul tău — art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Îți poți retrage consimțământul debifând căsuța; dacă preferi să nu consimți, scrie-mi direct pe email.

Preferințe locale (fără cookie-uri). Site-ul stochează tema (dark/light), limba (RO/EN) și alegerea ta privind reCAPTCHA în localStorage-ul browserului tău. Aceste date nu părăsesc dispozitivul tău, nu sunt cookie-uri și sunt strict funcționale. Le poți șterge oricând din setările browserului.

Fără analytics, fără reclame, fără profilare. Acest site nu conține analytics, trackere sau publicitate de niciun fel.

3. Cine primește datele tale

  • Furnizorul meu de hosting (care stochează tehnic emailurile și logurile de server);
  • Google (reCAPTCHA) — doar dacă îți dai consimțământul în formularul de contact;
  • Nimeni altcineva. Nu vând și nu partajez date personale.

4. Cât timp păstrez datele

Corespondența legată de solicitări este păstrată până la 12 luni de la ultimul schimb de mesaje, cu excepția cazului în care încheiem un contract (caz în care datele sunt păstrate cât impune colaborarea și legea, de ex. regulile contabile).

5. Drepturile tale

Conform GDPR ai dreptul de acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare sau opoziție la prelucrare, dreptul la portabilitatea datelor și dreptul de a-ți retrage oricând consimțământul (fără a afecta prelucrările anterioare). Pentru exercitarea oricărui drept, scrie-mi la [email protected].

Ai de asemenea dreptul de a depune o plângere la autoritatea de supraveghere. În România aceasta este ANSPDCP — www.dataprotection.ro.

Dacă această politică se modifică, versiunea nouă este publicată pe această pagină, cu data actualizată.
