Below this, serious architecture work doesn't pay for itself — for either of us. The minimum is a filter, not a flex: it keeps my calendar reserved for problems where I can create a multiple of that in value.

I start before you pay a cent. Your risk on day one is zero. Mine isn't — and that keeps me honest about what I promise.

Payment at the end

You pay when the project is delivered — measured against the written agreement, not against moods. What we sign is what I deliver.

Because I choose carefully, and I've been doing this for over 20 years. I say no to most inquiries. When I say yes, I'm certain I can deliver — so I carry the risk instead of you.

    Fixed proposal

    Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed deadline — in writing. No hourly billing, no surprises.

    I build

    Weekly demos of working software. You watch it take shape with your own eyes.

  4. 04

    You pay at the end

    Delivery against the written scope, then payment. In that order — that's the whole philosophy.
